You’ll manage daily tasks, ensuring top-quality designs and excellent customer service. Your creativity and dedication will help us deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. You will have an opportunity to showcase your talent in wedding setups, corporate events, and personal customer arrangements.
PR & Executive Assistant
We are a growing family of brands, including In Bloom Florist and other sister companies. With multiple locations and an expanding presence, we are looking for a PR & Executive Assistant to help elevate our visibility, foster community relationships, and coordinate press opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, outgoing, and passionate about brand promotion, events, and media relations.
Event Setup Associate

As an In Bloom Florist Event Setup Associate, you should have a strong background in organization, event installation, and customer service, with understanding of both wedding and corporate events. As an Event Setup Associate, you will be responsible for gathering event products and delivering to venues, installation and setup of events with direction from Event Sales Planner, and assisting to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our clients and their guests.
